This is under CSR by Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. and SAP India Pvt. Ltd. Event Details: M/s Rubicon Skill Development Pvt. Ltd and Barclays designed a program 'Connect with Work' to enhance enhancement in employabilities. Six trainers from various parts of India from Rubicon were deputed to this institute for 3 day workshop. About 100 (23% strength) students from all divisions of BE participated in extensive training workshop. We hope a target to place 160 students (double than 2018-19) will be achieved in 2019-20.

A FREE 2 day training was arranged by FUEL NGO for BE students of all branches. Registered students participated in the workshop. about 100 students tool benefit. Similar program for TE students was also organised by FUEL on 3 and 4 October , 120 students participated in the workshop. This will help to orient students for cracking very first step of placement round.

MaTPO, Maharashtra TPO association, a registered society arranged FREE competition for final year students on Aptitude Test. As Aptitude test is first hurdle which is to be cracked in placement rounds. Various prizes were offered to first five scorers in TPO development program. TPO cell with coordination with departmental TPO faculty coordinators arranged FREE online tests FNAT2020 (5,6, July for TE and BE students) by Firstnaukri Portal, Glider Test (20,21 Sept for BE and TE students) by Glider portal, FUEL NGO (1.10.2019 for TE students), FirstNaukri Portal Coding test (2.8.2019) for BE Circuit branches, Wheebox (31.10.2019 for BE students), TCSiON (portal based grooming course for FE to BE students), Psychometric Test (National Career Service portal by GOI. Test can be given anytime). This will help to double target of placement in the year 2019-20 to 180 numbers compared with the previous year.

ZeroB is brand of IonExchange. This company serves in domestic and industrial sectors. The team of Mrs. Chaphekar , Mr. Bisht, Mr Biswas visited campus on 1st March 2019. Five students were got offer letters. Students of Mechanical , Instrumentation and Electronics & Telecom attended the drive.

Mindstix is Pune based software company conducted campus drive for software developer posts. The team conducted 2 rounds of coding on paper pen and shortlisted 5 students. Finally offered job to 4 students. Final year Students of Computer, Mechanical and Electronics attended drive.

FUEL is renowned NGO having headquarter in PUNE established by two industrialists cum academicians.About 20 companies are doing their CSR activities through FUEL and their partners are increasing.

Training & Placement Cell has oragnised Training Programme on ‘Career Guidance’ for Final Year students on 21-02-2018. The programme was supported by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), Western Region, Mumbai. Industry Experts from different domains and specializations guided the students on various topics.

Training & Placement Department has organized the session on MPSC, UPSC guidance on 05-01-2018 from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Now a day, more students are opting for a career in Civil services. To meet this need, an Expert Session was arranged for the interested students of the college.
